Xerox has been developing and implementing knowledge management (KM) systems since 1996 and has continued to do so despite difficult times for the company and KM’s tarnished image after the Dotcom bankruptcy. The case examines four QA projects: Eureka, its first and best knowledge management project; CodeX, the open source software exchange platform; Angelo, the call center solution; and your consulting company Xerox Connect.
