This series of eight short, two-part cases was written to highlight some of the most challenging and potentially destabilizing moments in everyday work life in the Asian context. With globalization, many Asian organizations are becoming increasingly diverse. Managers and employees often have to deal with tensions that arise from diversity in the workplace. At some point in the career of most people, they will inevitably encounter these difficult situations, either from the perspective of the protagonists of the cases or as bosses who must manage the protagonist; or they can be friends, colleagues or relatives of the protagonist. Therefore, it is important that these situations can be approached from different perspectives.
