Seven years ago, two of the three shareholders of a company worked together to eliminate the other partner through legal tricks. Now, if you want to save your business, you have to fix your differences with the excluded partner who is still mad at you. The case describes a true story of a negotiation between former partners in which there is a lack of trust, hurt feelings and the same potential for added value on the one hand, and misunderstandings and new conflicts on the other. It offers the option of negotiating one on one (cases A and B) or in teams of two (cases C, D, E), allowing the instructor to explore the dynamics of the negotiating team.
