Legal Time is a dynamic bipartisan negotiation simulation. Students assume the role of prosecutor or defense attorney in a case involving a client accused of leading a conspiracy to commit wire fraud. This conflict resolution scenario provides students the opportunity to see how their negotiations are influenced by important behavioral and situational factors, in particular (i) considerations of fairness and selfish motives, (ii) time pressures, and (iii) learning from your own experiences and from those. of others.
