This case describes the struggle of a Chinese software outsourcing company with its market decisions in response to the effects of the global financial crisis. It also presents skills development, market conditions and peculiarities of Chinese software outsourcing providers. ChiITech represents Chinese software vendors with respect to development history, environmental conditions, experiences with the financial crisis, and countermeasures.
