Compelling communication is a fundamental skill for the leaders of any team or organization. Still, connecting and resonant with an audience can be challenging. We describe how groups can be mobilized effectively through the power of communication. This note will help leaders and members of various groups find their voice to inspire, unite and engage others through messages. Against the backdrop of several examples, in this note we highlight four key components of effective messaging: 1) message structuring and compelling story pattern; 2) attract the audience; 3) Compelling communication by rhetorical means; and 4) convey clear and attractive messages.
