This case is a relatively straightforward exercise to assess a potential acquisition target. The case offers students the opportunity to use both discounted cash flows and multiples in their analyzes. Additionally, at the instructor’s discretion, students can perform a simple option contract evaluation and discuss currency options for a debt bond. The last two objectives arise when the case is used as evidence. Case study 1 asks the relevant questions for the preparation of the students.
