Erie Thames Powerlines, a power distributor in southwestern Ontario, had to determine the suitability of the company to purchase a hybrid truck compared to a traditional diesel utility vehicle. Truck suppliers (for diesel and hybrid trucks) and internal accounting had provided extensive information for in-depth analysis in early July 2016.
