Ivey Publishing (), (CoCubes), an entrepreneurial company, has initiated a paradigm shift in the way recruitment has been happening on campus in India. In a paradoxical environment of high availability of a talent pool formally formed but not immediately usable in a growing economy, CoCubes offered its dual clients (universities and companies) unique value propositions. It was crucial for CoCubes to effectively manage collaboration with recruitment companies and try to change their attitude towards hiring from non-established subprime institutions. Traditionally, universities have not paid to place their students. For CoCubes, it was critical that universities recognize value and pay for it in order to prosper and grow in the face of increasing competition.
