By introducing Healthgen products, he establishes a relationship with a director of a regional health fund who also manages a private foundation. After a natural disaster, Healthgen donated products at the request of the director to help during the crisis. After Healthgen wins a major contract, the media claims the donation was made to secure the support of the regional health director.
