Shell wants to get rid of an outdated oil drilling rig in the North Sea and is taking on Greenpeace and other environmentalists. The protesters land 12 people on the oil rig and begin media coverage of their “occupation.” The case follows the events of the spring and summer of 1995 and focuses on the United Kingdom and the countries of the continent. Students are faced with the need to recommend communication approaches and actions at different stages of development.
