The case is a role-play simulation in which a team of up to 7 participants acts as the board of directors of a private company. The board of directors must discuss and resolve the resignation of its president. The latter asked for his resignation after an internal crisis broke out after the president’s media interview in which he criticized the country’s president. The board is made up of two company founders and five independent directors, including the president.
